Our vision
Vitiligo Connections is a Los Angeles-based support group dedicated to providing a welcoming community for individuals with vitiligo and their families. Through regular meetings held both on Zoom and in person, the group fosters a safe space for sharing experiences, offering encouragement, and building meaningful relationships. We are committed to connection and focus on innovative ways to empower its members by nurturing understanding, awareness, and mutual support.

It all begins with an idea. It was Dr. Grimes and Dr. Elbuluk who spearheaded the idea that Los Angeles needed a nurturing vitiligo support group who regularly come together to share their vitiligo stories and learn from the doctors. Our doctors attend all Zoom and in-person sessions. This allows us patients and friends to ask almost any question related to vitiligo during our very popular “Ask the Doctors” segment of our meetings.
